Urban Dharma was created as a platform to discuss, explore and dispense wisdom, meditation and martial arts resources conducive to wellbeing.
1) To work towards understanding mind, body, awareness and the natural world
2) self-improvement
3) as to highlight the way to harmony with life, wellbeing and peace of mind.
Mind precedes all known things, mind is their chief, mind is their nature. If with a corrupted mind one should act or speak, pain, stress, dissatisfaction and worry follows caused by that, as does the wheel the hoof of an ox.
